We are Mentor Leaders and, as an organization, we are dedicated to meet the needs of people all over the world. We are passionately committed to train and mentor young people in a way that opens their eyes to a world that stretches out vastly before them. We have worked in several countries and at present our focus is on Togo, West Africa.

Over the past four years, Mentor Leaders has taken over 350 students and young adult volunteers on mission to host character and development camps and to participate in humanitarian efforts both here in the US and overseas. Thousands of US and foreign students have participated.

The situation in Togo is desperate with over one third of the 6.3 million Togolese living well below the international poverty line. Thousands are starving and dying of diseases that could be prevented with a few simple preventative measures or having access to clean drinking water. Many that live in remote villages are walking miles to get filthy, contaminated water from rivers and ponds or puddles. This is something we are determined to change.
